6. Audio Clip (EVP) from Residence 1 - This was captured by two Voice Recorders and 1 Mobile
Video Recorder during an interactive session conducted by Greg and Sandy of PTF on the first
floor.  Even though investigators can be heard as they were coming down from the second floor in
the distance, there was no other human close enough to give the clarity of the unexplainable voice
captured here.  We believe it is saying "Nice House" and is below the 300 Hz threshold.
